Mentoring Works is owned by Ann Rolfe, an internationally recognized expert in designing Mentoring Programs. Niche Partners worked with Ann to create a comprehensive online marketing system to build on her established reputation.
The result is the main website www.mentoring-works.com, but the power of the system is behind the scenes.

Project Objective:

• Create passive income from sales of information products 24/7 with automatic delivery (all Ann has to do is bank the money)
• Create Adwords campaign and track cost vs profit
• Build a permission based list of subscribers
• Build a permission-based database with whom we can build lasting relationships
• Create a “backend” system of communication, using auto responders, to develop relationships, up-sell to products and generate consulting leads
• Develop affiliate referral system for invited resellers.

Results:

• 24/7 sale of information products which is consistently profitable
• More than 2000 subscribers within 5 months
• Sales occurring even months after people subscribe to the mailing list due to ongoing, automated email communication.
• Corporate contracts that have resulted directly from leads generated from the website.

Creating Time is owned by Ann Rolfe, who also owns Mentoring Works above. The goal of this site was to provide a separate identity for this division of Ann’s business. Although this site is not a typical Niche Partners project, we have been able to tie together the management of the 2 divisions of Ann’s company as she can use the same software to run both websites and manage her mailing lists.

The Productivity Coaching Club

Lorraine Pirihi is Australia’s No. 1 Productivity Coach. Lorraine works with entrepreneurs and small business owners and is so successful she easily charges around $500 per hour for her one-on-one coaching services. Niche Partners worked with Lorraine to create a monthly membership program so that people could have access to her expertise for a low monthly investment of $47.

Project Objective:

• Create comprehensive on-line marketing plan
• Survey existing mailing list re ideas on the membership site
• Create new website for membership
• Write sales letters and auto-responders to automate communication
• Set up system to automate recurring payments for sales
• Launch site and track sales

Results:

• Comprehensive marketing plan identified actions that Lorraine and her staff could implement at low cost to improve sales
• Excellent response to survey which directed the format of the membership site
• The Productivity Coaching Club was launched on 20th September 2006. First sign up happened 15 minutes after launch!
